Currently Daniel J. Kolcz's main emphasis is insurance defense, representing corporations and municipalities, homeowners’ associations and individuals in product defect, premise liability, and personal injury cases. In addition, Mr. Kolcz represents plaintiffs in business, real property, and personal injury disputes. He also has both appellate court and criminal law experience. Mr. Kolcz has also practiced in a variety of other legal areas including business law and products liability.

Following his graduation from Arizona State University in 2000 with degrees in Political Science and History, Mr. Kolcz graduated cum laude from the Pepperdine School of Law in 2003. As a law student, he studied in China and also in the United Kingdom, where he interned with the Department of Justice at the United States Embassy in the Foreign Civil Litigation Office. Mr. Kolcz is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
